Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-12 · Draft v1

These terms cover your use of ChaseTrackr, a price-intelligence and portfolio-tracking service for trading card games. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

What ChaseTrackr is

ChaseTrackr helps you track trading-card prices and record the cards you own in a personal portfolio. It is an informational tool. ChaseTrackr is not a marketplace: you cannot buy, sell, bid on, trade, or vault cards through it, and we do not handle payments or facilitate transactions between users.

Prices are estimates, not guarantees

Prices, "fair value" estimates, market prices, and 7-day movement figures are derived from third-party and catalogue data and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not financial, investment, or appraisal advice. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for buying, selling, or valuing any card. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

Your account

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. In particular, don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Your content

The portfolio, watchlist, and alert data you enter remains yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you as part of running the service.

Intellectual property

Card names, images, and game content are the property of their respective rights holders and are used for identification and informational purposes. ChaseTrackr's own branding and software remain ours.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChaseTrackr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on price estimates or from decisions you make using the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll update the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
